Please note that we do not expect you to have carried out research into your idea before submitting it; we will do some initial work to assess its viability and potential, generating a longlist of ideas to be taken forward by teams.
Development teams
Shortlisted ideas are only likely to prove successful if the individual proposing the idea joins the development team. However, if you wish to submit an idea but are not able to join a development team, we will consider your idea and may take it forward or circulate it to relevant departments. In some cases, your idea may not make the shortlist but you’d still make a great team member.
